Upgrade on Life.

Move to the Treasure Valley. The Boise and Treasure Valley region delivers an unparalleled quality of life not found anywhere else in the nation. That statement isn’t unsubstantiated hype. It’s the reason Idaho is the fastest growing state in the country. Boise has a lot of things going for it: an urban/metropolitan economic and educational base, affordable cost-of-living, an extraordinary business-friendly environment, four mild and distinct seasons, and plenty of public wilderness that allows a lifetime of weekend adventures.
The 2019 Boise & Treasure Valley Relocation Magazine is available to you for free to help you discover a little bit more information about the valley. The magazine highlights the 9 primary communities that represent the Boise metro area.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I have sold real estate for the last 11 years, through the ups and downs of Boise’s housing market. The market is really quite good right now; with new construction, low interest rates and a dearth of new homes listed. There is a high demand for more Homes, which drives prices up. This is a perfect time to buy or sell your house. Call me today!
BIO
“It was when we moved from Boise, Idaho to Sandy, Utah that I met the agent that would be helping us find our new home. Throughout my experience with her, I developed a desire to become an agent. Upon our move back to Boise six years later, and when the little Birds began flying the coop, I decided it was time. Little did I know that I was entering the market in one of the biggest real estate booms to hit this area. I wondered why I hadn’t done this years before. But with every boom comes a bust and that’s exactly what the market did one year later. It was then that I learned by grit and hard work what being a real estate agent really means; I obtained several designations through continued education, including Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist, which was a realtor’s bread and butter for two or more years. I have realized that many people can obtain a license and represent people in a real estate transaction, but through the challenging times, I learned to be more than that; a resource of knowledge, integrity and experience. I add value to the real estate experience and enjoy helping people fulfill their dreams
INTERESTS
My interests besides Boise/Meridian Real Estate include boating, being in the sun, hiking, being in the outdoors, reading, movies, very easy crafts, home decor and staging. Traveling – I have eight grandchildren in New York, Denver and Utah and they are mine and my husband’s frequent destinations. I also have eight grandchildren here in the Boise area. They bring great joy to my life and I am so grateful for them.
